Quick start guide
In short — You have just received your invitation and want the essentials? This page takes three minutes to read.
1️⃣ Technical recommendations
For technical reasons, we recommend the Chrome browser first, or failing that Edge or Opera. Firefox and Safari also work, if slightly less well. Whichever you choose, install the latest version: an outdated browser is the number one cause of trouble on the day of the meeting.
Connecting from a tablet or a smartphone is possible too, as long as your device is up to date (iOS 12 minimum, Android 9 minimum) and so is your browser.
You do not have access to any of these devices? You may take part in the meeting by phone. Please note that, in that case, you will only be able to vote by proxy.
2️⃣ Test your equipment
It is strongly recommended that you test your equipment and your internet connection before the meeting begins.
3️⃣ Steps to follow
Set your participation preferences for the general meeting. You can register your participation method right now; your choice can be changed up until the meeting opens.
Cannot attend? Choose the option
I authorise a proxy vote, with or without voting instructions.You may withdraw your proxy up until the meeting opens.
4️⃣ On meeting day
You may close all pages: your information has already been saved. Your attendance and voting intentions are secured.
On the day, simply click your login link and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the meeting opens, a
Sign and enter the roombutton gives you access to the virtual meeting room.
An automatic reminder reaches you by email within the two hours before the meeting starts, together with your login link. There is nothing to note down.
